FAQ

Product & Materials

What materials are used in your sunglasses?
Our frames are built from premium materials selected for comfort and longevity: lightweight TR90 and acetate for everyday wear, and stainless steel or titanium alloys for our metal styles. Hinges are reinforced so your frames keep their shape over time.

Are your sunglasses suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our metal components are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, and our acetate frames are plant-based and skin-friendly, making them comfortable for all-day wear.

Will the finish fade or discolor?
We use advanced coating techniques to protect our frames against fading and corrosion. Because we use quality base materials rather than cheap alloys, our frames are designed to resist oxidizing and hold their finish.

Lenses & UV Protection

Do your sunglasses block UV rays?
Yes. Every pair in our collection provides full UV400 protection, blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays.

What is the difference between polarized and non-polarized lenses?
Polarized lenses filter horizontal glare reflected off water, snow, and road surfaces, giving you sharper contrast and less eye strain. They are ideal for driving and outdoor activities. Non-polarized lenses still offer full UV protection and are perfect for everyday styling.

Can I have prescription lenses fitted?
Our frames are sold with their original lenses. Many of our styles can be fitted with prescription lenses by a local optician, and we recommend checking with them before purchasing.

Care & Maintenance

How should I clean my sunglasses?
Rinse the lenses with lukewarm water, add a drop of mild dish soap, and dry with the microfiber cloth included with your order. Avoid paper towels, clothing, and alcohol-based cleaners, which can scratch lenses or strip coatings.

How should I store them?
Always store your sunglasses in the case they arrived in, and avoid leaving them on a car dashboard. Prolonged heat can warp frames and damage lens coatings.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know which size will fit me?
Each product page lists the lens width, bridge width, and temple length in millimetres. Compare these with a pair you already own and love for the closest match.

What does oversized mean?
Oversized frames feature a larger lens area for extra coverage and a bolder look. If you prefer a more discreet silhouette, look for our classic and slim styles instead.
